Mine is a small family business. You know you are dealing with the owner/driver/guide/webdesigner/marketing manager and vehicle groomer all in one lol. If you book a Transfer it is likely one of my very experienced team will be looking after you.
In all instances my motto is "every moment a great memory" but, sometimes my clients needs change, so do their travel plans. These terms and conditions are intended to protect all parties involved in your travel, fairly and openly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following carefully as the terms outlined in this document apply generally to all the tour and transfer products and packages sold by Help @ Hand Limited trading as Christchurch Taxi Tours & Transfers. Completing your booking is confirmation you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Full payment at time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
New Zealand dollars only.
All prices are 15% NZ Goods and Services Tax INCLUSIVE. (This is paid to the government on your behalf
TRAVEL INSURANCE: A comprehensive Travel Insurance policy at the time you are making any payments to ANY provider is strongly recommended.
REFUNDS: Will be reimbursed to the paying Credit Card. No refunds will be made once your tour or transfer has commenced. Nor will any refund be available in respect of any tours, accommodation, hires, services or inclusions not utilized. Payments unused are non-refundable unless cancelled by a third-party operator of the service.
DISCOUNTS: T’s and C’s for any discounts are published on the appropriate page the discount is shown. Generally, Promotion Codes can only be applied to one order, per person, per trip.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING.
Please understand we are a small family business. Cancellation fee forfeiture covers costs involved in infrastructure development, consulting, quotes, correspondence etc, etc and our general involvement up to cancellation date. Use your travel insurance to cover reimbursement.
HOW MUCH WILL I LOSE IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING:
TOURS – General / Cruise Excursions.
Cancel anytime between booking and 76 hours before booking date – forfeit 25%.
CANCEL inside 76 hours out from your booking date – NO REFUND! NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: Cancellations must be in writing – email email@example.com.
TOURS – Cruise Excursions cancelled due to bad weather (Force Majeure). When your ship cannot dock at the port – 80% refund. The difference should be claimed back through your travel insurance.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours out from booking - less $10 admin fee.
INTERCITY TRANSFERS: Cancel at any time before departure time - lose 50%. You should be able to apply for reimbursement from your travel insurance.
WHEN WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.
Weather interruptions (snow/storm) to itineraries/tour packages are beyond our control. We will do everything possible to rearrange services in such an event but cannot be held financially responsible for interruption under such circumstances. Again, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
In the unlikely event Christchurch Taxi Tours are forced to cancel a transfer - you will receive a full refund LESS a 10% Administration Fee. Recover this through your travel insurance.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
If it is agreed by Christchurch Taxi Tours & Transfers that a deposit for your travel can to be paid, deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you (subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act).
Final payment is required no later than 8 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some tour charges must be paid in full at the time of booking.
CREDIT CARDS AND BOOKING FEES ETC – added to online bookings.
All prices quoted are 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) INCLUSIVE.
Booking and administration fee 3.5%.
Credit Card surcharge 1.5%
